Can you please take a look in my account?
The problem still persists... I'm not getting any email messages from Gixen.

I went to the 'options' section and tried to disable the notification settings (in order to turn it on again as a kind of "reboot" but the Gixen system won't let me disable it.

So it seems something quite wrong is going on there.

Help, please!

I have had no instances of Gmail filtering out Gixen emails, in fact it has been the most reliable one.

From your gmail address, please try emailing Mario direct at the support address given on the Contact tab above...

He can then look into whether or not those emails are actually being sent, or not.

Just sending that email, could help since it indicates to gmail that you are interested in receiving emails from this domain.

I'm using a GMail account (the same account for the last 11 years so far)!

You aren't using GMX Mail are you? GMX seems to eat Gixen emails, they don't go in spam, they just don't arrive.

Yep, I have! (sorry, as I forgot to mention that, but that was my first move. Wink )

I just went to check my history on received messages from Gixen and I can see that the last day I got a notification email message was last 31st of October 2017 regarding eBay item 152763029942.

Hope it helps on solving the situation.

Have you verified that messages sent by Gixen are not being filtered as spam by your mail client or ISP?

Hi. I'm a mirror subscriber and for some days to now, I miss my email notifications on how did my bids went through.

Is there any kind of situation going on?

(but the problem is occurring with all of my recent bids - no notification email messages.)
