It's tough getting old, Mark. It seems like just yesterday I could search for completed items with just the item ID. |

John,
You are correct that completed items no longer appear in searches on Ebay using their item number, that changed a while ago.
Now you have to construct the URL as demonstrated in NewJohn's reply.
I imagine early termination is only picked up during a cycle of auction price updates, which are quite sparse when the auction is not due to end, they become more frequent as the original scheduled end time approaches. |

The item # shows up for me:
ebay.com/itm/222711400735
The status is finally showing as ended--but much too long after the actual end of the auction. |

Hmmm... That auction ID won't come up when I search for it in completed listings. Could you check that the auction ID is correct?
In any case, we'll have to wait for Mario to have a look at how Gixen handled the auction being ended early. You can also email him at the Gixen support address as outlined on the Contact page. |

Item # 222711400735 was ended early more than 12 hours ago, but Gixen still shows the status as "SCHEDULED" and that I am the high bidder--even after refreshing the screen. I need to know that the item is no longer available so I can search for a different item. |
