| I am building a website that will snipe auctions on eBay. From researching, it seems like the only option is to use the 'PlaceOffer' API from eBay.
It seems like it's hard to get approved to use that API. I know there are some sniper sites out there using it. So my question is, what should I do in order for eBay to allow me to use this API? Does anybody have any experience with this? |
