As far as I am aware the numbers are just an indication of what stage in the process the error has occurred.
They might provide some indication as to why the problem is occurring, but as John says, without further information, it is not possible to be specific about what the problem is.
For instance I think I've seen that error displayed when you try to add an item that is Buy It Now only... but there are many other causes that would produce the same result. |
