I changed to a different address to test, switched notifications off and then back on (saved setting both times) but still nothing is coming through so I guess I'll just switch it off as it clearly isn't working properly.

Only Mario can check that the emails are being sent, from behind the scenes, so please email him direct at the support address given on the Contact tab above.

Please do so from your GMX address so that Mario can check that Gixen has the correct email address registered for you, and also because by sending such an email you indicate to your provider that you are interested in receiving emails from this domain, in some cases that might actually help resolve the problem.

I don't have a spam folder - I use GMX and have spam protection switched off so there is no spam folder.

I wondered if there is some reason I no longer get the end of auction emails Gixen used to send.

I have notifications set to on

The email address is current
