| This is apparently a buyer restriction imposed on eBay by the seller. It has nothing to do with Gixen.

Well, I wondered why my bid on 132295681322 wasn't made. This is the first time I'd received this message, and the first time a bid didn't go through--even before I had a Paypal account. No such problem on an item the day before. So what is this about? Thank you. |
