Only if you still haven't got it working, after trying all those things... then please could you explain, in what way 'it's not working', that is, at what stage do you get a failure and what exactly is that failure ? |

| Just to be sure, check the following.
1. Your eBay username and password should not be changed. 2. You should create a new username and password for your Gixen account (preferably very different from your eBay username and password). 3. Log in to your Gixen account with your new username and password, and then go to the Settings page (by clicking the Settings button at the top of your Gixen account page). 4. Check that Gixen is authorized on your eBay account. (This may be what's missing for you.) |

| Gixen said it can no longer use Ebay user name, so I changed it from m-a-l-22
to mal22. It's not working, tried this and that as requested, doesn't work. |
