As Mario said, everything is back on .com now. Are you able to log into gixen.com with you new Gixen id ? If so, and you can then see your scheduled snipes, you are good to go. |

| It seems that when you use a bookmark or an earlier post you get directed to the GIXEN site that is not responding. When I read the latest post concerning signing into gixen.net, verses the incorrect GIXEN.com ..things appeared normal. but after i changed my password. (I still never received a new update in my emails.) I DELETED ALL OF MY SAVED PASSWORD IN cHROME. aM i STILL GOOD WITH MY LISTED SNIPES? I suppose as long as I do not change ebay passwords things will be successful. | |

| gixen.net now redirects to gixen.com and all the new code is there. All the accounts with scheduled bids have been either transitioned or such auctions have ended. | |

| Yes, stick with gixen.net for a few more days...
Everything will transition back to .com shortly... After that we'll all be using gixen.com again but with the new credentials. |

| Where are you trying to log in ?
On gixen.com or on gixen.net ? You are aware that only the new Gixen credentials are accepted now... and only on gixen.net ? Do not attempt to enter any Ebay credentials anywhere on Gixen, that won't get you logged in any more. Gixen does not require these credentials, now. At what stage is it failing, after pressing which button, with what error message ? |

| I carry on not being able to log in I have linked it to eBay 3 times now all my snipes have gone and I am advertised the mirror service which I already paid for recently
I have 20 or so snips I don't even know what they are as I really on Gixen, I just hope it works. :( |
