What do you see when you select the Mirror tab after logging in ?
Does that provide you with the options that you are looking for ?
Have you previously had a Mirror subscription, and, if so, is the problem that it has not transferred to your upgraded account ? |

| Tried to get mirror services immediately after logging on (newbie). Logged in again twice. no luck. |
