| OK, I answered my own question...
You now have to use the new Gixen credentials, don't you ? Even though the application prompts for Ebay ones...If you actually use those it now fails to connect to Gixen... as detailed by the original poster on this thread. So, I'm less concerned about snipes sneaking in that way... we still need a new version of the Gixen Desktop Manager though. |

| Using your Gixen credentials or your Ebay ones ?
As far as I am concerned, no new snipes should be possible to add via gixen.com using your Ebay credentials... If you can that's an issue that will delay the whole process even further. |

I've transitioned to the new system, and Gixen Desktop Manager seems to be working OK for me (both reporting on my scheduled snipes and allowing me to add new ones...) |

| It's not an Ebay password issue.
You won't be able to use the Gixen Desktop Manager until a new version gets released in a few weeks time... All previous versions are essentially out of date and redundant now. You need to follow the instructions about registering a new account via gixen.net and set up a new Gixen Id (which is not the same as your Ebay id)... then link the two accounts and then log back into the gixen.net site with the new id and new password that you have set up. Only then will you be able to set up and edit snipes once more. |

| I get the message "COULD NOT GET USE COUNTRY, USING DEFAULT" then i press ok and get another mess " EROR 101 . LOG IN GIXEN FIRST"
then i log in gixen.com then get another mess ""Please register first and use Gixen on gixen. Gixen contains the latest updates. If not redirected to Gixen.NET in 15 seconds, click here."" Till i cannot log in gixen to place my bid, please help , my ebay username is kang_ku Tks much |
