This has happened to me off and on for a while as well. It appears to be a screen capture of a section at the top of your eBay Summary page (or whatever your home page is on eBay.) I contacted Mario about it one time because I had some crucial bidding to do and I was afraid that it would interfere with the bidding. Mario replied and said it won't interfere with the bidding so I wasn't concerned any more. However, I have found that modifying your Snipe (just clicking "Edit" and when the Snipe appears, just click on "Modify" to keep the bid the same), will sometimes change the picture back to the item. | It's an issue that has been reported here, on and off, for quite a few months, it would appear that it is hard to diagnose and resolve for the long term since it appears to be an intermittent problem. | |

| Hello,
I've been encountering this little bug for a few months now, where instead of the item's picture - Gixen web interface is displaying another picture. It is the same wrong picture for all the effected items (about 1 of every 5 snipes on my list has it). The current wrong picture displayed is: ir.ebaystatic.com/pictures/aw/mops/2017_DoodleImages/eBay-mothersday-smallDoodle-.jpg (add h-t-t-p:// at the beginning..) However I do remember that a few weeks ago it was some other picture. I still haven't found a common attribute that unifies the effected snipes. Here are two Examples for items that are currently displaying the wrong picture on my list now: 201914736172 311865400303 Can you please check it? It is not a big problem, but maybe it has a simple solution. Thank you very much. |
