Yes, that will almost certainly be the issue, there is no way that Gixen can automate the input of a Captcha.

Fortunately, Ebay rarely block your account with these for more than a day or so.

Some of the things that can cause them to do so, are getting your password wrong, in any context, not just via Gixen, changing your password and then logging in from a different location (e.g. the Gixen server) or radically changing the location that you normally log in from.

I'd advise you not to attempt logging into Gixen again until Ebay has removed that Captcha from you logging in from elsewhere, and in any case not for at least a day after you first see it happening.

Note, with so many users Gixen is going to have some individual users that encounter this issue on a regular basis, since it has become more common for Ebay to take this action against specific accounts. So, the fact you and some others have encountered it recently, does not necessarily indicate, in and of itself, that Gixen has a widespread issue.

My login through gixen fails, which seems to be a recent and common occurence based on the posts in the support forum.

I noticed that logging into my ebay account after restarting browser and clearing cookies now requires a captcha to be entered. Could this be the problem?

Gixen is working now after the hour lockout. Unclear why I was locked out. Nothing changed at ebay, but glad it is working again :D

Just paid for a Gixen subscription and now cannot log in. Was working fine before I paid for the subscription. Able to log in to ebay with same browser multiple times with no issues. Please advise.
