| If this is happening to you consistently then I would recommend contacting Mario direct, via email, at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above.
Please provide some example auction numbers as well as your Ebay id in that email. |

| Ebay doesn't do this to prevent sniping... they do it to prevent hacking of Ebay accounts and fraud... unfortunately sniping services like Gixen get caught in the crossfire sometimes.
If this persists for more than a day or so then I think it is time to contact Mario direct via email at the Support address given on the Contact tab above, including your Ebay id in the email. I suspect there is something more general affecting the interaction between the Gixen and Ebay servers right now which Mario might need to look into. |

| My snipe was more than the final price, but my snipe failed with above error message. ebay auction number: 232171624614
If I click on the "view error" button, it takes me to an ebay captcha. Is this more of the verification code error? Unfortunately, it doesn't link to the instruction to reset after verif. code error. and I can't find it in the faq, etc. Isn't obvious that ebay is doing this on purpose to prevent sniping?! cheers, Josh |
