I could check the way to solve this problem on support page.
but, because I'm weak to computer system, I cannot solve well..

if possible, please advise what I should do in advance with easy way as below;

ex)

1. log off Gixen
2. connect with ..... etc...

( I use chrome )

sorry but waiting for your advice to recover Gixen snipe system.
