I would suspect that is a problem with www.prchecker.info rather than your websites not actually having a rank.

I'm not sure how that works with redirects etc. perhaps try the underlying URL of your sites?

I have just done it, it took several logins before I got it... You can then get the details of what you need to put on your site (obviously 'ACCOUNT SPECIFIC INFO' is something you can only get on this page, it is different for every account)... and after you have your site up and running with that information displayed then you can enter the details of your site on that screen before pressing the 'Submit' button to register it and get the free Mirror subscription associated with it
