If it is suspended due to entry of an incorrect password the suspension should automatically be lifted after an hour or so.
If it has been suspended for some other reason it will have been done manually by Mario... Then you will need to email him at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above, always include your Ebay id in such emails... Mario may have conditions on re-enabling the account to use Gixen again if there is some issue with the way it has been used in the past. |
