The Gixen Socks Proxy directs your Ebay usage via the Gixen main server thus it is the same incident as Mario reported here:

I'm not sure if this is the same error, but I was not able to access any eBay page on any ebay site this morning !

So eventually I tried turning off the proxy script Gixen had me use and now I have full access to all eBay pages again ?

I cannot access ebay or gixen through your proxy however all other sites load just fine. Not sure what could be causing this.
