If you have been prompted for and added your Paypal information since you received this error status on Gixen, that could be enough to remove the blockage.
If you haven't done that recently then a a first step I would recommend trying to place a manual bid, and see if the block becomes apparent from your home computer.
After having tried that, if you still have the problem, then I would recommend emailing Mario direct at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above, and including your Ebay id. |
