This sounds to me like something that you may need to resolve by enabling the Gixen socks proxy in your browser.
If you are not already being presented with the instructions as to how to do that please email Mario direct at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above and include your Ebay id. |

| I have the same issue. This is when trying to log in to gixen itself (using eBay credentials). I enter eBay username, eBay password, and hit "log me in," and then I get a page that just says "CAPTCHA incorrect" (or something to that effect). |

Is this a status of a snipe that failed or something you get when trying to post here?
A Captcha is an image from which you are requested to enter the text in order to validate that you are not an automatic mechanism, but an actual human interacting with the service. |
