If you are certain that you are using the same credentials as when you entered the snipes, for a more speedy response I recommend emailing Mario direct at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above... and in addition to an explanation of the issue please include your Ebay id. |

Thanks for your response. I changed the ebay password on Thursday. I logged onto gixen yesterday with the new credentials and added about 20 snipes (they have since disappeared) Regards B and B |

| Have you changed your Ebay password since you scheduled those snipes?
If so I recommend reading this thread: http://www.gixen.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7982 The only way to retrieve snipes after you log in with new credentials is to contact Mario direct at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above, and then provide a description of some of the snipes you had scheduled, together with your Ebay id. |

All my snipes have disappeared, both the ones that have passed and future ones. There are about 20 in all. Can you bring them back? Regards B and B |
