| If Ebay only blocks you from logging in via the Gixen server, and the problem persists for more than a day or so, you may need to enable the Gixen socks proxy in your browser in order to resolve the problem.

| Hi -
I already emailed support, but thought I would drop a note here. I am receiving an error message when I try to log in saying that eBay is refusing my password (which I have not reset recently). I did just reset my password but it's still not working. My immediate question is - should I use another sniper tool for an item I had previously scheduled that is ending in the next 30 minutes? I don't want to miss out, but I don't understand if it might cause me to compete against myself. Thank you! |
