I also have the same problem. After the first password failure, I used cut and paste to insert the password. Failure. One more try. Failure again. I went to ebay and pasted the same password with no problem.

I am not sure what will happen in 45 minutes when I can try again.

I am glad that your problem has been resolved... for clarity to others:

Lock outs by Gixen, due to Ebay not accepting your credentials, are now temporary and automatically removed after an hour or so... they are necessary to protect the platform and all its' users from further action being taken by Ebay against the service.

Occasionally this will be caused by Ebay taking specific action against your account, from logging in via the Gixen server... such measures are also often temporary on Ebays' part... they can sometimes be repeatedly triggered if you try to snipe too many auctions that end at exactly the same moment with, exactly the same offset... to help avoid such issues please space your bids out by using different offsets for auctions that end at exactly the same time.

When Ebay takes such measures against your account it may sometimes be necessary to verify your Ebay account via the Gixen server... for instructions on how to achieve that it may become necessary either to follow the instructions provided by a link associated with a failed snipe... or to email Mario at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab who will then provide them direct, on a 'need to know' basis.

I'm a long-time user. Today, I attempted to log-in and after three tries the program locked me out. I was using my same eBay and Bidstart password, which I confirmed. I saw in another topic that you suggested emailing directly to you about the problem.
