I think the best indication we have is that when you log in to the web interface that everything appears normal.
Most often even when that is not the case the sniping part of the operation still continues to work correctly... However, when there is something different displayed in that interface, it is an indication that there might be wider issues.
To try to implement anything outside that would be just another thing to maintain that could possibly go wrong itself and give a false impression of the status of the sniping service which does operate as a separate process from the web interface. |

| Did a test bid on something i didn't win, the bid went through so now im checking it with double service on something thats i really want, will check back in a few. |
