To be honest I am not sure what you mean by this... There has never been a requirement that an auction has a bid before Gixen can be used to snipe. Nothing is perfect, so there are occasional failures reported here, but in every case that I am aware of, the issue is fixed or measures are possible for a buyer to take in order to resolve it for themselves. Having a Mirror subscription is the single most effective way to improve the reliability of this service, that was the reason it was introduced.
With the free service the default of 6 seconds before the auction ends is used. With a Mirror subscription it is possible to select an offset for each snipe anywhere between 2 and 15 seconds (in one second increments), one value can be selected for each of the Main and Mirror servers for each snipe. With a Mirror subscription it is also possible to set your own defaults, in the same range, so that you do not have to remember to set it to your preferred values each time you set up a snipe. |

I never tried this website and saw many topic\s about failing to place bids. here are my questions! :) 1. does "bidding error when there is zero bid" still exist? I am looking forward to buy an item and it has no bidder yet. 2. when does Gixen place a bid prior to final second? |
