Since you mention two errors I assume the 'error101' is from the Gixen Desktop Manager?

With password acceptance problems, if they don't resolve themselves in a few hours (sometimes Ebay takes temporary measures which affect accounts only for a short time) then it is best to revert to using email...

You can contact Mario direct at the support address given on the Contact tab above. Please always include your Ebay id in any emails, but never your password.

The reason it is necessary to go that way is because the solution could well rely on access to your personal credentials and, for the sake of your own security, you would not want to go into that on an open discussion forum such as this.

Hi,
I am unable to log in to Gixen - error101, I am also unable to log into Gixen.com. I have been suspended for 1 hour due to Gixen.Com telling me that I have entered the wrong password under the 5 x rule. The password I have given is the correct password and I have verified this with Ebay. Some time, a few weeks ago I did pay a further subscription. Help.
