Cupid is correct: the seller can set their preferences to block bidders without a PayPal account, as well as other reasons.
Did Gixen give a reason for the bid not going through? |

Just a thought... it's a Paypal only auction.. I think eBay may reject bids if you don't have a Paypal account associated with your eBay account.
Do you have a Paypal account and is it registered with your eBay account on eBay? |
