If it doesn't get resolved within a day or so I recommend sending an email to Mario at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above.
Please send emails from your Paypal registered email account, so that Mario can match that up, tell him when the payment for the Mirror service was made and, if you have it, the Paypal transaction id may also be useful, in addition also tell him what your Ebay id is, never put passwords into emails though. |

I too have the same issue, though after almost one hour my purchase still doesn't show. I cleaned the cache, logged out of Gixen and also quit Firefox, but it doesn't seem to work. What else shoud I do?

I have just paid for the gixen mirror, but nothing is showing apart from buy the mirror when I click on the gixen mirror tab.
I have had a confirmation email to say the payment went through. |
