If so, can you provide some examples of failed snipes? For the Desktop Manager, have you tried running it in XP backwards compatibility mode? |

| well, tried to use your service about a half dozen times without success. downloaded the desktop manager each time, extracted, and then got simllar error messages each time user and pass was entered. completely deleted each time. | |
