Why do you care what the current bid is? It's totally irrelevant! If you see an item on eBay that you are interested in, then you should decide what the maximum you would be prepared to pay for it is, and then set a snipe for that amount in Gixen. The current bid (which may, or may not, be the maximum that has been bid so far) may be different in 5 minutes times, as other people place or retract bids, and it should not play any part whatsoever in your bidding decisions. |

| This was my mistake when I made changes 10 days ago or so, my apology. It's fixed now, price updates should be far more frequent now. Wait a few hours before you see results. | |

| It updates every few days maybe, not hours. This is pitiful. It used to update really quickly, but lately the current bid is never correct. I have to check every auction manually to see if it is already higher than what I would bid. Even after entering a snipe bid amount, it still doesn't update. If I re-import my watch list, it still doesn't update. I have to delete the item and then import my watch list ito get the correct current bid. What's going on here? Who would ever upgrade to premium if it doesn't show the correct current bid?

| Nothing at all - this is normal, price updates are not instant, they are done periodically every few hours.
This has no effect on sniping, and it's in fact incorrect to say "not posting bids". Gixen will still submit your bid. |

Gixen is not posting current bids on these items: 331572894669 Gixen says $12.00 current bid $13.50 231582204794 Gixen says $ 0.99 current bid $14.50 381280142260 Gixen says $ 0.01 current bid $ 8.38 I have closed and reopened Gix multiple times. Any idea what's up? Thanks! Ric |
