I just want to mention that this service is great. It has helped me tremendously in winning bids and not missing items. I had a few hiccups when I first started but those were completely my fault. Numis-madness, can you please provide me with item number, so that I can check? It's extremely rare that both servers fail, and it usually indicates there is an issue on the eBay end. I would like to check what happened.

Hi - It's not flawless, I just missed out on an item because Gixen said they ended the Auction early. Not so per EBay, so Gixen isn't flawless. I have a paid subscription, so why both snipes failed isn't something I understand. I don't like losing and missing out on a very nice Mint Set, I'm contacting the Sellers to ask them if they knew their Auction ended early and if they care they missed out on additional revenue. Knowing how high EBays Fee's are, I bet they will have something to say...
