| Ebay will not allow you to place a bid of the same amount at different times... so setting a snipe at the same amount as you have already bid is a waste of time... it will just get rejected.
You can have snipes that are for a greater amount than you have already bid, and that will not increase the amount that you have to pay unless there are other bids that outbid at least one that you have placed... which is what you would hope and expect... however, in normal circumstances, I don't recommend bidding on auctions early, since it can only increase the price that others bid on that auction. |
