| Thanks for the response, but I'm a little confused. My chunk does not expire until Jan 19th, but I still see a nag screen. Here is the screen I have had to click through every time I log in (or refresh the page) over the past five days:
Your mirror subscription expires soon (Mon, Jan 19, 2015). Any snipes for auctions ending after this date will be executed from the main server only. Your subscription is not extended automatically. Please extend your subscription by clicking on the link below. Extend Gixen Mirror service Not right now, continue to my account |

| You shouldn't be getting any nag screen if you have an active chunk, 10 days or less than that regardless - you should see it only when the chunk expires. Non-activated chunks do not really matter - if you have chunks that are not active - they are not active, and will not prevent nag screens. This is expected. | |

| I really like to use mirror chunks because I bid on valuable items infrequently. However, every time I login with mirror enabled I notice annoying nag screens asking me to extend my subscription, even though I have many chunks remaining.
I think Gixen must be set to show this reminder 10 days before the chunk ends. But since my mirror chunk was only 15 days to begin with, this is very frustrating. This period really needs to be shortened or removed for mirror chunk subscribers. |
