| What should happen is that your snipes also appear on the Mirror tab, after you have logged in.
For Mario to investigate he will need a little more information from you. What is your Ebay id? When was the subscription payment made? You may find it faster to resolve this by sending an email, from you Paypal registered email address, to Mario, at the support address given on the contact tab above. Then Mario may be able to trace your payment via that email address and look into exactly what happened with the automated process that handles your Mirror subscription. |
