Same problem here. Tried numerous times to log in, password not accepted, changed it in eBay, tried to log in again. No change whatsoever, I still cannot log in. I used Gixen for a few years but I cannot do it anymore :(.

Sorry - Tried one last time after removing my password service (lastpass) and I got in this time. Definitely the same (correct) password in lastpass but for some reason it wasn't letting me in where manual entry does work so sorted for me.

Hi - I have also just tried to log into your site and been faced with an identical error message.

I had changed my password but changed it again tonight as other threads in this forum suggested.

I have also manually placed a bid and have not been faced with any Capture challenge when doing so (the manual bid was successful).

Any suggestions please?

I believe you have given yourself the best chance of the future snipe working.

Please note that these issues have been caused by actions at Ebay which may be beyond the control of what can be done here on Gixen as Mario mentions here:

Just for the information: I also experienced problems today, but my snipe (251618909174) failed only from main Gixen service, the mirror snipe succeeded. Later, for another snipe (151385308631) scheduled for tomorrow, I received the message "Status (main): CANCELED - VERIFICATION CODE REQUIRED BY EBAY" - only from the main service, the mirror snipe remained scheduled. After that I could not log into Gixen. Now I can log in again, and after refreshing the status I see that both main and mirror snipes are registered now. Hope all will work now.

I know this was recently discussed, but I used Gixen several times this morning and then all of a sudden when I cleared ended listings I got this message.....Wrong password, or your password may not be strong enough, resulting in eBay requesting captcha verification code. Please change your password at eBay first if this is the case.
