| Once you have logged in there is a 'Settings' button near the top of the page... When you push that button you get a new window, from there you can access the transfer form, search for 'Mirror Transfer Form'.
Just follow the instructions there, you will need access to the email account associated with the Paypal account you used to pay for your subscription. |
