| Gixen is a sniping service, which means it hosts the computing power needed to snipe things.
So you do not need your computer running for snipes to execute... even the desktop UI passes the snipes over to the Gixen server(s) to perform that task. You can be logged into Ebay as many times as you like, on as many machines as you like, it does not affect the sniping process. |

| Hi,
I have a question about the Desktop UI, I've finally got everything up and running smoothly (only got "Outsniped" once in the last 6 Auctions) and am unsure if I need to leave my Computer running when I have placed items through the Desktop UI for bidding? Does the Web based Gixen bid automaticly when the Desktop is not running? Another question I have is whether or not I can be logged into Ebay at the same time Gixen is running/bidding?
