| Absolutely, you can transfer it from the Gixen settings page (web UI only), just follow the instructions. Let me know if you don't receive the confirmation email. |

Hi Mario (and anyone else who's reading),
I had a Gixen mirror subscription that was valid until Demeber 18,2014 (or somewhere close to that date). I changed my ebay user id today from "galvicmax" to "yycmax". Now I am unable to use my existing subscription for mirror service :cry: . any way you can transfer my old subscription to my new user id?
