You are correct the winner had the same bid as yourself.

Since their bid was placed 10 seconds before yours, under the Ebay rules, they win.

This is why people often add an odd amount to their maximum bid... if you had set a snipe at one cent more you would have won this auction.

It is also why some of us prefer a larger offset so that we are before some other snipers.

Hello everyone. I'm not that experienced with eBay, and have only used Gixen for the first time on a couple of things. I was wondering if someone can explain how my auction went.
