| You must have logged in with a wrong username. If you used your email address instead of ebay username, note that Gixen does not know that they represent the same account. eBay knows this, but Gixen doesn't. | |

| The desktop manager has started asking me to subscribe, but my subscription goes until 2/14. Is this normal behavior?
And today, the desktop manager does not show my three current snipes, which do show via the web version (chrome). Thanks, PD |
