| Gixen is oblivious to currency - it always assumes currency in which auction is listed. Current bid and maximum bid always show the same currency. So in this case, it's 12.00 and 35.23 GBP. | |

| I'm bidding on an auction which lists GBP (Great Britain Pounds) as the currency. The starting bid is GBP 12.00 (which eBay claims is about US$ 24.55). I entered a snipe bid which I intended to be US$ 35.23, and Gixen lists the Current bid as 12.00 and my Bid as 35.23. So, when the snipe bid is entered, will it be interpreted as US$ or GBP? Or, is this a question for eBay? | |
