I can advise the following:
- Check if this auction is available to you, by placing a minimal bid manually on eBay site.
- If you get an error, try to switch your primary eBay shipping address to one with country available for shipping. Then repeat step 1.
- If there was no error, you can schedule a Gixen snipe for that auction. Please don't touch your current primary eBay shipping address until auction ends.
