| How many times have you tried to log in to Gixen? Do not try repeatedly if login doesn't work, it takes 5 or 6 times to trigger suspension. Email me if your login doesn't work and include your username. |

| Thank you, I logged in ebay with the correct password first, then I tried again to log in here, but the same result and the same message appeared :( |

Hi,
I am entering my correct ebay details (after changing password in ebay), but I still get this message: "Your account has been suspended for the following reason: Too many failed login attempts (6)".
Please tell me what should I do?

| Wait for 24 hours, then try again. Do not try to log in to Gixen in the meantime. |

I am entering the correct ebay details but keep getting the following message:
Wrong password, or your password may not be strong enough, resulting in eBay requesting captcha verification code. Please change your password at eBay first if this is the case.
I have changed to a very strong password but still no joy :cry: |
