The best place to find general information on how to use Gixen is to read the FAQ section under the tab of that name above. An alternative is to search this forum for your specific query. No you don't need to leave your computer on for snipes to be executed, the Gixen servers perform that function. Snipes are automatically removed 48 hours after the auction ends, so that may be what happened here. If you are still unsure whether Gixen is operating as intended please provide the auction number of the snipe that you are unsure about and if possible the bid amount that you specified and it can then be looked into. |

| Please can you infom me where I can find detailed instructions how to use Gixen as I an not sure if I have set up my snipes correctly.
If I swich off my computer does this mean that my snipes are cancelled? I placed a snipe on the Gixen web interface. I turned my computer off and I could not see them on Gixen desktop when I rebooted. Did I do something wrong? Kind Regards Chris |
