I misread what the groups did. Thanks for explaining it to me. I have no problems with the software if it was user error. Thanks for the very speedy reply :) |

No, Gixen worked exactly as designed. You put this item in the same group (Group 1) as the previous item (need your permission to post the item id here) that was won by Gixen.
When that item was won, this one was canceled, as it was in the same group. If you wanted both items, why did you group them? |

Hi everyone, this is my first time using Gixen. I set up snipes on 4 auctions by the same seller, each ending about half an hour apart. The first two fired and worked, but the third item (Item No. 130781293748) displays a 'cancelled' status on the Gixen page. Why is this? It is a big shame as this is the item I wanted most out of the whole lot, and I trusted that Gixen would perform properly after seeing it work flawlessly on the first two items only a few hours previously. Is this an error at the login process, or something wrong with Gixen? |
