Yes, it should look elsewhere if the listing is not visible at all on the US site... however in this case the US eBay is producing the message:
perhaps Gixen is not expecting that? Would it normally expect to get:
? Maybe the seller had this available internationally but then changed the listing? |

| it's solved,
the main site was US and the mirror GERMANY, i've changed the main site and it's ok but the button "Change ebay target site automatically if needed:" was "YES" shouldn't it automatic change? |
