| Therer are many sellers of items like CDs, DVDs, stamps, and coins that offer discount shipping for multiple wins. This provides the opportunity to bid more on an item with the discount.
Would it be possible to create a 2 tier bidding group that sends a second higher bid once an initial item is won? |
