| Gixen does not log in on your behalf until the last few minutes before auction ends. If eBay has an issue around auction end time, snipes will fail - and this is so regardless of whether you snipe manually or using a snipe service. It's an inherent risk of sniping. Fortunately it's a rare problem. |

| Well that sucks... it seems hard to judge when gixen will work or not. I saw it on my screen with my bids but I don't see why it fails.. there's has to be some method to know if it's connected to the servers or not... |

| runneed, from what I can see it seems that logging in to ebay was extremely slow in the last hour or so, causing login timeouts on all Gixen servers. This caused snipes to fail, and in most instances mirror did not help with this. Sorry about that, I hope you can find a similar item again. |
