Actually it is mentioned both on the FAQ page and on the page that you see when clicking on "Gixen Mirror - Miami" tab (you may not see that now when you are a subscriber, but see below, I copied the text). It was certainly not my intent to mislead you.

No, group bids are not supported on Gixen Mirror. This is because it would be technically difficult to cancel remaining snipes across different servers, and there is no need to implement this, as group bids are replaceable by definition.

I don't mind paying for the extra server. In fact I thing the price is very chip and I find this program very helpful and I am using it for two days with great success.

But when I pay for the mirrors server this wasn't mentioned, this is highly misleading, the info only saying tat I have better chance using two servers never any thing say I can't use the second one most of the time ...

By definition the items in a Group are replaceable with each other so it is not so reliability is not so important for these and they are not Mirrored.

I believe there are technical difficulties with each a two server configuration with have items Grouped and later auctions getting successfully cancelled when one is one by either of the servers.

Non grouped snipes are Mirrored, I think there are considerably more of those than there are Grouped snipes, Grouping is more of a specialist function, though a very popular one.

Hello,

I am new in using gixen, and I find this very helpful. I pay for the mirror server but when I try to add item in the desktop manager and I select groop I can't use the mirror it is inactive.

Is this suppose to be that way. If I can't use it in group bids why I really need to pay for it?
