Because of the security issues of dealing with credentials it is best if you deal with this via email with Mario, you can contact him that way via the details given on the Contact tab above.
Include your eBay id (BUT NOT YOUR PASSWORD) when you contact him.
It would also be useful if you could come back here and let the community know when the issue has been resolved for you. |

I'm having the same (or a similar) issue - Gixen says all my bids are cancelled (even the ones for the auctions which haven't finished yet) and says "CANCELED - SIGN IN NOT VALID" on each auction in both the Gixen desktop version and the online version. It doesn't appear to be bidding on anything, and I have not changed my ebay username or password. |

I can't log in and the error message says eBay refused my password. No problems on eBay... |
