| That "heavy" depends on number of items. When I say "sparingly" I have in mind some users who have several hundreds, and some even thousands of items. If you have under a hundred, do not worry. Otherwise, email me, and I'll see what I can do to help. | |

Note: Please use this feature sparingly, it is heavy on the system on import of many items. Daily, heavy use that I need isn't "sparingly" =) |

| There is an upload facility on the Settings page, if you set up a file with your snipes in, that might be a better option for you? | |

| While I love Gixen, I spend most of my time on Gixen waiting for one thing: To reload the page after I place a snipe. As I place a consistent 50-100 snipes per day, this gets really tedious, especially towards the end.
Please, please, please save us time by providing more item entries where I can enter 5-10 auctions at a time, and then press submit. It's getting to the point where I'm looking at using other sniping services because of the time it takes to reload. I know much of this may be due to ebay, and that's okay, just let me do more in one shot so I can minimize the waiting. Regards, Sean |
